I’ve taken on a new project, and unless and until I come up with a dedicated web site for it, I’ll be hosting it here at Competitive Space for now. I want to provide a focal point to discuss how to properly interpret the Outer Space Treaty to be friendly to property rights and commerce in space. I’ll provide some background in the next posts, and start to throw out some ideas for commenters to kick around.
